Youth is a wonderful, exciting and a very important period in the life of every person. It’s the time when a person is full of hopes, dreams and plans for future. Some people think that it’s easy to be young because you are strong, active and full of energy. The only problem is school and the choice of leisure time activities. Everything else is considered to be parents’ responsibility. Another problem that young people face is the choice of future career and life style. In fact, it is a very important period of life. Almost everything that happens later in life is the result of these choices. The outcomes may be both positive and negative depending on how someone decided to live. Apart from joyous and bright side of the youth, there are many other difficult issues in teenage life. First of all, it can the problem connected with drugs or alcohol. Many young people choose the wrong path not knowing where it leads. It depends on many factors: family background, surrounding society, personal or genetic traits. Unfortunately, the number of young addicts in our country is large, especially among teens. The second problem is the misunderstanding between kids and parents, which can also lead to unwanted effects. Young people often want to decide everything themselves without any adult help. At the same time parents often don’t understand their children. Thus, misunderstanding grows deeper. In our opinion, being young is not easy. You have to make different choices every day, which shape your future. On the other hand, it is the best period of life for everyone. Some things that happen at young age can never be repeated in the adulthood.

What is youth? Now, as well as earlier-hundred years ago and thousand years ago- youth is considered as the nicest time of the life. It is the most beautiful, wonderful period of life; it is full of romantic, inspiration, search, finds. It is time when we get experience, when everything happens for the first time: the first love, the first kiss, the first disappointment, the first victory. Youth is the time when a person decides what to be and what to do in his life and it’s very important to make the right decision, to choose the right profession, and to devote your life to the right thing. Youth is the time when you gain your place in the society. It is a very important part of our life. But at the same time youth is the most difficult period in the life, because it is not easy to be young, to be a teenager. Young people are very susceptible. They don’t have much experience in life. They are ready to try something new. Young people like new ideas. Sometimes it can be dangerous for their health and mind. There are a lot of things that can spoil our life forever. They are drugs, religious sects and criminal organizations. Besides, there are a lot of problems such as misunderstanding with parents, personal problems, school problems, violence and aggressiveness, cruelty, drinking problems, poverty and discrimination. We find these problems serious, important and interesting to discuss. So, youth is a wonderful time of expectation, hope and love. But on the other hand it’s difficult to be young. In our country there are not so many social programs, oriented on young people. Unfortunately we don’t have many opportunities for developing our skills. Nowadays everything is very expensive. Some young people start earning money, being pupils; others depend on their parents for a long time. Many people think that it is not easy to be young because young people have little life experience, some of them don’t think much about their future life. They want to live now. Besides, we live in the 21 century, the century of a high technology and a modern young man must have a good education, good knowledge, and must be energetic, active, well-educated and well-informed. It is very important to find the right way in the life and not to become a victim of informal organizations. We think every age has its advantages and disadvantages. But youth is the most wonderful time in the life of every person.
