Eating too much of fast food is dangerous
Мета дослідження
to get acquainted with kinds of food;
to clear out what a balanced diet is;
to make a research on food that is oftener eaten by teenagers.
Результати дослідження
People say,"We eat to live, but we do not live to eat". We must eat well, but not too much of the same food. Food is divided into: healthy food, fast food and junk food. Hamburgers,chips, hot-dogs, pizzas (fast food) and junk food (food that is full of sugar) are delicious but bad for people's health. According to the questionary most pupils of the 7-th form eat too much of fast food.To grow healthy, to have enough energy during the day teenagers should take the right approach to food and avoid eating junk food. It's more important to eat a wide variety of food and include plenty of fruits, vegetables, grains and lean proteins into daily menu.There are four main groups of daily menu: 1)milk and diary(including cheese, yoghurt); 2)meat and fish(including eggs and chicken); 3)vegetables and fruit(including green vegetables, root vegetables, fruit juice); 4)potatoes and cereals(including bread, pasta, rice). Each group is a good source of nutrients for you to live and grow.

So not all the food is useful for teenagers. It's better to eat only a little of fast food and junk food as they are unhealthy food.
